Can Yoga masters assimilate water through their testicles?

While watching the last episode of The Big Bang Theory (Season 7, episode 13) I learnt from Sheldon (who else?) that there are some Yoga master able to assimilate water through their skin, or, as Sheldon more specifically says, through their genitals.
True or false... I have no idea!
